01 / Control plan

Quality checkpoints follow the product specification.

Incoming, in-process and finished-product checks are defined against the actual specification. Methods, limits, sampling and release responsibility depend on the selected product.

  • Raw-material and packaging checks
  • In-process observations and measurements
  • Finished-product review
  • Batch documentation and release
Methods, limits and release responsibility are confirmed for each project.
SPECIFICATION GATE01

Scope, evidence and buyer approval must align before this stage is treated as confirmed.

02 / Test map

Match tests to risk—not to a generic checklist.

Formula system, preservation, pack contact, use mode and market expectations affect which studies should be considered. No test is represented as automatic or universally included.

  • Microbiological analysis
  • Stability testing
  • Packaging compatibility testing
  • Preservative challenge testing when applicable
Applicable methods, laboratory and report availability are confirmed for the project.

03 / Responsibility

Separate internal work from third-party work.

Not all testing is represented as internal. Provider responsibilities, laboratory qualifications, timing, cost and sample requirements are confirmed for the project.

Internal and outsourced testing responsibilities are defined in the project scope.
PROCESS STEP03

Scope, evidence and buyer approval must align before this stage is treated as confirmed.

04 / Documentation

Supporting documents are available upon request.

Document support can be discussed for each formula and target market. Availability, validity, signing entity, language and delivery stage are subject to project confirmation.

  • COA
  • SDS / MSDS
  • Ingredient information
  • Microbiological analysis
  • Stability
  • Compatibility
  • Challenge testing
  • IFRA documents where applicable
  • Applicable ISO / GMPC information
SPECIFICATION GATE04

Scope, evidence and buyer approval must align before this stage is treated as confirmed.

05 / EU support

Technical support does not equal market authorization.

Supporting technical documents may be provided for third-party CPSR/PIF preparation by agreement. Scalp Care Works does not claim to issue CPSR or PIF, provide free CPSR, or guarantee EU compliance.

CPNP, PIF, safety-assessment and regulatory-support scope is confirmed for each project.

Buyer questions

Clear answers before project commitment.

Which tests are included for every scalp care product?

No universal test package is promised. Applicable testing depends on the formula, packaging, target market and agreed project scope.

Are all tests performed in-house?

Not necessarily. Internal and third-party testing responsibilities are identified for the specific project.

Can supporting documents be requested?

Yes. COA, SDS/MSDS, ingredient information and other applicable documents can be discussed and are available upon request, subject to project availability and timing.

Does Scalp Care Works issue CPSR or PIF?

No such claim is made. Supporting technical documents may be provided by agreement for third-party CPSR/PIF preparation.
