Scalp Care Works is the public brand of a cosmetic scalp care OEM/ODM manufacturer in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The website provides optional WhatsApp and email contact links without printing the contact identifiers in visible page copy.
Information collected
The website may collect B2B inquiry information such as name, company, email, country or target market, product interest, estimated quantity, packaging requirements, project timeline, message or project brief, and requests for samples, factory visits, audits or documentation. The website does not request or intentionally collect consumer health data, and visitors should not submit it.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used only to respond to quotes, coordinate samples, evaluate OEM/ODM projects, discuss custom formulation or packaging, coordinate factory visits or audits, handle documentation requests, and continue relevant B2B communication.
WhatsApp is an optional contact channel. Communication begins only when a visitor chooses the website’s WhatsApp link or button. The website does not itself store WhatsApp messages; WhatsApp processes communications through its own service.
RFQ form status
During this prelaunch period, the inquiry form opens the visitor's email application and does not submit information to a website server. A server-side submission method will be added before active lead-generation launch, and this policy will be updated if additional processors are introduced.
Lawful basis and consent
Inquiry information is processed to respond to communications requested by the visitor and to evaluate or manage a potential or active B2B relationship. Additional consent or another lawful basis will be used where required by applicable law.
Sharing, processors and hosting
Email and WhatsApp providers process communications initiated through their services. The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and DNS. Google Analytics 4 is planned but is not currently installed or active.
Retention and security
B2B inquiry information may be retained for up to 24 months, unless an active business relationship continues or longer retention is required for legal or accounting obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect inquiry information, and the website does not claim indefinite storage.
Your choices and rights
Visitors may use the website’s confirmed business email contact link to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their inquiry information, subject to applicable legal obligations and appropriate request verification.
Cookies and analytics
A new, independent Google Analytics 4 property is planned for Scalp Care Works, but GA4 is not active in this build and no Measurement ID has been inserted. If enabled at launch, this policy will describe only the features actually used, which may include pages viewed, approximate location, device or browser information, referral source and interaction events.
